Just posted the Agenda for tomorrow's meeting. I want us to discuss two proposals for our 2012-2013 schedule. One is that we start school at 8:20 instead of 8:30. There are obvious advantages to this (adding 10 minutes of instructional time) but there are also some disadvantages (students must get to school more quickly in the morning). The second proposal is that we move from a six 6-week grading period to a four 9-week grading period. This would align us with SWHS, which is moving to a 9-week grading period next year. Bring your thoughts - we'll discuss tomorrow.
